First ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’ footage debuts

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

Little is currently known about the sequel to 2015 hit Jurassic World. But producer (and director of that first film) Colin Trevorrow has shared a six second snippet of footage from upcoming Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom to whet the appetite of fans.

The short clip sees Chris Pratt’s Owen Grady befriending a cute baby Velociraptor. It’s both unexpected and a little heartwarming. Check it out in the player below.

No news yet on when the first trailer will finally appear but this could be the first step towards it!

The sequel to the 2015 soft reboot of the franchise lands in cinemas on June 22, 2018. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard return as Owen and Claire and will be joined by Jeff Goldblum who reprises the role of Ian Malcolm from the first two films in the original franchise. B.D. Wong, Toby Jones, James Cromwell and Rafe Spall also star in the film directed by J. A. Bayona.
