‘Captain Marvel’ writers working on re-draft of ‘Silver and Black’?

Silver and Black

Put this one firmly in your rumour mill pile. THR are reporting that Captain Marvel scribes Lindsey Beer and Geneva Robertson-Dworet are taking a swipe at Sony Pictures Silver and Black.

The Spider-Man universe film which is set to be directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood (The Secret Life of Bees) has been in development for some time now. Previous drafts have been completed by Thor: Ragnarok writer Chris Yost and co-creator of Westworld Lisa Joy.

Solid facts on the film are few and far between. We understand that Sony is aiming to start production this year for a 2019/2020 release. There are also rumours the film will base itself outside of America to help shift focus from Spider-Man himself and explain his absence.
