Venom fans have been waiting with bated breath for the MPAA to announce the films rating. Many were hoping for an R rating to allow for some of the characters trademark gore. Unfortunately that is not the case.
Overnight it has been confirmed that Venom has been rated PG-13. This news will no doubt disappoint many but looking on the bright side it could go some way towards confirming that one day Tom Hardy could come up against Tom Holland in a PG-13 MCU Spider-Man.
It has also been confirmed that the films runtime will be 1 hour and 52 minutes.
